What happens

Step 2: Property Assessment
In-person visit
For most situations, we arrange a visit to the property. This allows us to understand the full scope, access requirements, any special considerations and what approach might work best.
The visit is discreet and confidential. We take time to understand your needs without rushing.
Remote assessment
If you prefer not to have a visitor, or if circumstances make an in-person visit difficult, we can conduct an assessment by telephone or video call.
You describe the property and any specific situations. We ask clarifying questions to build an accurate picture and provide an estimate.
Step 3: Clear Written Quote

Step 4: Careful Clearance
During the clearance

Your involvement
You decide how involved you want to be. Some clients want to oversee the whole process. Others prefer to step back and let us manage it. Both approaches are fine.
If you want to identify items, make final decisions or set items aside, we work at your pace. There is no rush to complete the work quickly.
Step 5: Responsible Completion

Final completion

We can provide documentation of disposal methods if you need this for insurance, probate or other purposes. The property is now ready for occupation, resale or the next stage of its use.
Nothing important is intentionally removed without following the agreed clearance plan. Your wishes and instructions are respected throughout.

Best for occupied homes where you want to remain involved. We work through agreed priority areas at a pace that feels manageable. Typically spans several visits over weeks or months.
